1. Flower Orders
1.1 Deliveries take place between the hours of 2pm and 5pm daily. Specific time requests are available and should be arranged by calling Wild Jannali on (02)9589 3176 or by emailing Steph at flowers@wildjannali.com.au. These may incur a slight increase in delivery fee at the discretion of Wild Jannali and are dependable on availability.
1.2 All deliveries will only be delivered once. If there is no one to accept delivery, flowers will be left at the address in what is deemed to be the safest and most discreet location in a hydrating vessel. Photo evidence will be taken of delivered flowers. Once delivered, Wild Jannali is not responsible for any damage or theft of goods.
1.3 Customers buying online are responsible for selecting the correct shipping fee for their delivery address. Incorrect selections will be amended through the net value of the selected flower design.
1.4 If an incorrect address is given or access is unsafe, the flowers will be returned to the Wild Jannali address and will be available for pick up or redelivery. Secondary delivery will be available only with a second payment of the full delivery fee.
1.5 Email confirmation will be sent the purchaser once the order has been sent out.
1.6 Out of respect for our community’s health and welfare, Wild Jannali does not condone or accept anonymous flower deliveries. Flower orders with unsigned card messages will include a “c/o senders name” note. Requests for anonymous flower orders will either be rejected on request and/or fully refunded in the event of a completed online purchase. Wild Jannali will attempt to contact the sender to resolve the order prior to any action being taken.
2. Event Booking
2.1 Initial consultation will be arranged upon receiving an event request. This initial consultation will carry a $25 service charge which is payable prior to the provision of any event custom quotes. This charge will be deducted from the final event invoice if the event is booked before the quote expiry. This charge covers the vendors time in preparing the quote should the client engage with another service.
2.2 Following initial consultation an initial quote (please note: estimate only) will be sent to the client a price guide for each element of the event’s floral designs and styling.
2.3 All initial event quotes are valid for 14 days or unless previously agreed by Wild Jannali.
2.4 A booking deposit which will guarantee your event booking for the date provided. This amount will be 30% of the initial quote value and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This amount may be transferrable at the discretion of Wild Jannali.
2.5 The initial quote should be viewed as a guide only and design fees may require reasonable alterations following consultation with the client. No alterations will take place without prior notice to the client.
2.6 Any booking payment made after 14 days does not guarantee the event booking and must be confirmed by Wild Jannali.
2.7 Bookings made less than 14 days in advance require immediate payment of the total amount quoted.
2.8 Wild Jannali will only approve post-event payments for on-the-day add-ons or for broken/lost items.
3. Event brief and Invoicing
3.1 Once a booking deposit is taken, a full event floral brief will be prepared in consultation with the client and will include an invoice for the cost of each design as requested as well as additional labour charges and hire costs. These costs are liable to change up until 30 days prior to the event and are dependant on changes to the brief, flower availability and venue logistics.
3.2 30 days prior to the event, a further 20% deposit will need to be paid and by the client to cover cancellation risk and consultation costs.
3.3 Full payment of the balance due is required 14 days prior to the event to allow for the purchasing and preparation of floral materials.
3.4 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue has adequate electricity supply, water and install time allocated to allow Wild Jannali to fulfil the brief. Any additional additional costs stemming from the hiring of additional equipment or labour to provide the above services will be passed onto the client.
3.5 Additional costs may be incurred during the event; such as additional installation and dismantling costs and/or any destruction or damage of hired equipment (unless by fault of Wild Jannali). These costs will be further invoiced to the client and payment will require immediate payment.
3.6 In the event of unfavourable environmental conditions, circumstances or poor weather, Wild Jannali reserves the right to alter any designs deemed to either pose a safety risk or that are unviable to produce the desired outcome. In such event, Wild Jannali will aim to provide a result equal to the value of the original designs. A refund of unused items will only be processed if less than 75% of materials are used in the final product.
3.7 Event sites that are outside of a 15km radius from Wild Jannali will be charged an additional $1.25 per km in travel fees for the return journey of servicing the event. The client will also be responsible for repayment of toll costs on Wild Jannali. These costs will be forecasted and included in the final invoice to the client.
3.8 Once the brief is fulfilled, Wild Jannali are no longer responsible for any damage or changes made by the client, other vendors, event guests or venue staff. If possible, Wild Jannali will try to resolve any additional requests onsite however cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests, may charge additional fees for such requests at their discretion and maintains the right to refuse additional requests outside of the reasonable scope of their expertise.
4. Cancellation
4.1 All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to flowers@wildjannali.com.au.
4.2 Cancellation up until 30 days prior to the event may be arranged at a cost of the initial deposit. Any additional deposits made will be fully refunded to the client and the event date will be fully surrendered.
4.3 Cancellation within 30 days prior to the event will require forfeiture of 50% of the final invoice. If not already paid, this amount will require immediate payment. 3.4 Wild Jannali reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time where the client has not met their payment or consultation requirements. Cancellations made by Wild Jannali will be provided in writing to the clients nominated email address. 3.5 All content within briefs and invoices are for the outlined event only. Contents of the brief may vary in price across within differing contexts depending on floral and labour cost variability, business fluctuation or logistical issues around the date of the event, therefore should not be assumed to be transferable to repeatable.
4.4 Payment Booking fees and deposits may be made via cash, credit card or bank transfer.

5. Custom Order Design
5.1 All orders are the design property of Wild Jannali and should not be used for resale, fundraising activities or advertising without the express permission of Wild Jannali management.
5.2 All unsolicited use of Wild Jannali products in a commercial sense will face formal prosecution.
5.3 Publication of Wild Jannali designs on personal pages and social media accounts is permissible. We do request our customers tag our Instagram handle (@wild_jannali) or Facebook page (Wild _Jannali) when published on these sites.
